About The Founder

Since childhood, Nina Lichtenstein has been drawn to the harmonies of the natural world. Its lights and shadows, textures and hues, and latent potentials. 

She was inspired by her grandfather, an acclaimed international infectious disease expert whose work took him to remote areas of the world. In her own travels worldwide--from Ecuador to New Zealand, from the Middle East to the Far East--she has explored caves, gone swimming with giant turtles, and visited some of the most magnificent structures humans have ever built.

It is no wonder that her designs reflect the power of nature to both inspire and meet people’s practical needs. Designs where function and beauty merge, without compromise, to embody unique visions of life.

For close to a decade...

Nina has showcased her in-depth construction and design expertise on projects spanning the North East. A mother herself, Nina believes that home design should capture a family’s unique spirit by how it serves the family's daily needs while nourishing the soul. She has been celebrated for designing, renovating, and building elegant living spaces. 

On weekends, you can find Nina enjoying her three true loves. Family, nature, and design. Her ideal Saturday begins with an exotic coffee blend, flipping through her stack of design magazines, then a long nature walk with her children, and finally a candle-lit, home-cooked family meal with her husband and four children.
